Peonies & Pals

A French Inspired Mother’s Day Makers Market

It was a windy day in the Tri but this small army of vendors rallied together and put on the cutest little parking lot pop up we’ve been a part of yet! Hosted by the ladies of the 303 Casey Ave small business complex - Peonies and Pals turned out to be a total hit! We were so lucky to have awesome supporters like Sash Weddings and the Salt and Light Digital Studio who contributed her beautiful boxwood backdrop rental (@sashweddings) and fab acrylic signage (@saltandlightdigitalstudio) we couldn’t do this event without amazing women like these two!

We wanted our market to feel a little French! So we draped the ceiling and hung some black parasols on our building, the perfect backdrop for our day- all of the event installations and decor designed by @poshpartybebes definitely add something fun and different to these special markets!

We had such an awesome group of vendors turn out for our day- some of the usual suspects, The Beauty Bungalow @thebeautybungalow + The Studio Paloma @thestudiopaloma plus some new friends like Philocaly Lingerie @philocoalylingerie and Hype the Tri @hypethetri

We also welcomed back Dandelion Wishes @dandelionwishescandleco and their collection of soy candles- one of our fave cookie queens @kinderkakery and luxury gift box curator @southpinegiftco who always puts together the most beautiful and thoughtfully curated items for all occasions. We were delighted to have these ladies come back for another successful day!

We can’t have a pop up without our favorite cupcake truck + treat cart from @frostmesweet Chef Megan Savely designed the most beautiful peony sugar cookies for our market, and @flowermoney designed a beautiful installation for her, hard to believe it made it through the wind like it did still looking so stunning.

We were so excited to welcome Tr-Cities Photobooth @tricitiesphotobooth and their peony backdrop for our market- vendors and guests could snap a Mother’s Day photo or a selfie at this pretty photobooth! One of our favorite event photobooth rental company‘s in the area- they have a great selection of gorgeous backdrops for all occasions!

Another new biz we welcomed to the pop up was The Sugar Bar and their beautiful floral cotton candy cart + rentable treat wall- she had a line the entire event, which we love to see- this is the same boss babe behind La Cantina (which you will hear more about later) and we love this adorable addition to her troop of rentable trailers and carts!

Had to doll up mobile styling boutique @ramblingrosestyling with a super fun decal- also from our friends at @saltandlightdigitalstudio- my personal fave the kettle corn pros at @kettlecornfactory_ served up their delicious varieties of popcorn and fresh lemonades and We also welcomed back our fave mobile coffee friend @509coffeeco in her adorable trailer + delicious drinks and brought in newbies @bayousomecajun who quickly became one of the fave stops at the market! We can’t wait to have these guys back again!

More new friends like the fab ladies at Flora Planters & Pots @floraplantersandpots had a beautiful setup and an even prettier selection of pots and planters for the spring- Ponderosa Studios @theponderosastudios brought beautiful works of art, and hand crafted items- along with gorgeous jewelry from @tribe_of_wild and more delicate gems + handmade goods from Jane Holly @janeholly - the lineup was truly one stop shopping for Mother’s Day!

We had more new friends like bow + accessories from Mimi and Ruby @shopmimiandruby - Brinks Bees brought his local raw honey @brinksbees - Hafer House Designs @hafer_house_designs and her “Mama’s Makeup Bags” whose proceeds go towards supporting women who experience unplanned pregnancy- and we also welcomed Carly Allred Studio @carlyallredstudio and her handlettered paper goods + stationary + jewelry - Carly also hung out with our Champagne glass wall at our wine garden entrance offering guests hand-lettered flutes for their bubbly!
