parking lot pop up shop + pumpkin patch
A little bit chic, a little bit small town, & a whole bunch of fab local vendors came together to join Posh Party Bebes + Simplified Celebrations first annual parking lot pop up shop! We had to let the neighborhood know that we were here to party- so we attached a 40 ft long handmade fringe installation to our venue to add the right amount of Posh to our parking lot- Kate Bonderman of Posh Party Bebes custom made the fringe just for this event!
Posted up in the parking lot of a cluster of female owned small businesses- it seemed like the perfect place to host a few open houses and invite some local friends to come together for a fun filled afternoon shopping!
Fall decor & holiday swag + sweet treats- sifting through the adorable pop up pumpkin patch from the Haliday family farm!
Hostess with the mostess Chandra Christenson of Simplified Celebrations brought her punkulents literally out to the streets, beautifully designed succulent adorned pumpkins, fall floral arrangements- guests swooned over her hand tied boquets and beautiful hoop wreaths!
All of Chandra’s punkulents were designed with pumpkins from the pop ups own pumpkin patch, beautiful greens and shades of orange and rust- these pumpkins were perfect! These beautiful mini poison bottles were one of my absolute favorites!
Sincerely, Anna Shabak joined us with her beautiful handlettered items- inscribing names and sayings on pumpkins from the pop up- one of our most popular vendors, which is no surprise- she is so talented and lovely!
From chalk boards, to pumpkins, to jean jackets! Anna can give just about anything the perfect personal touch!
The ladies from the Beauty Bungalow welcomed guests at the pop up, co -hosting our event with several other business owners in the strip we took over!
Lashes, brows, these girls are so friendly and talented- we were so glad they got to be a part of our little event!
Tin Sparrow Events styled the most fall-tastic selfie station for the pop up- the perfect photobackdrop for all of our guests to post and tag #pumpkinsandpals
Gari Ann Hedquist- head boss lady at Tin Sparrow, is definitely the backdrop queen! ceremony backdrops, photo backdrops- always with the most beautiful detail!
H5 designs brought just the right amount of funk to our pop up event- selling repurposed hand crafted items, this talented maker even recycled old skate boards for his designs!
What’s a pop up shop without a cupcake truck? Frost Me Sweet was the perfect treat truck for the fall pop up- cupcakes and mini cakes, we loved having one of our favorite local bakeries join us for pumpkins and pals! She sure does look cute with those pretty fall tassels from Posh Party Bebes on her!
Hot Diggity Dogs! the sweetest peeps from this mobile hot dog cart were all the rave At our event- literally bringing the heat! The perfect warm snack for this fall event- who doesn’t love a good hot dog?
Theory Boutique is too cute! This fab boss babe brought her gorgeous mobile clothing boutique to the pop up- sipping cider and trying on sweaters? yaaaasss!
Speaking of Cider- La Cantina came to party and brought pumpkin patch goers delicious hot cocoa and hot cider- perfect fall bevs for this fun pop up event!
Tassels look good on everything, it’s official.
I don’t think anyone came to Pumpkins and Pals without stopping by the cutest little cake pop cart in town! Sweet. This mother daughter duo stole the show, and our hearts! Take my money cake pop cutie!
Can’t have a pop up shop without our favorite mobile make up trailer the Ramblin Rose! dressed up pretty with some fall balloons from Posh Party Bebes and she is ready for her close up! Pop up pals could tour the rose- a mobile hair & makeup trailer for hire- and take pics outside in the mini lounge area!
Inside Simplified Celebrations ACTUAL shop- was Posh Party Bebes! Tassel banners, paper garlands and festive party decor- one stop shopping for the festive pop up shopper!
Party in a box kits, party supplies and paper goods- if you happen to be an aspiring diy party planner- or just want to throw your kiddo a Pinterest worthy soirée, Posh Party probably has everything you need!
Undoubtedly THE most popular vendor at our pop up was the ever talented Alex Lasota- joining us and offering clients a super RARE opportunity to book mini sessions throughout our event with some of our freindors’ rentable photo setups!
This beautiful boxwood wall and vintage blue couch (with of course more tassels) are both available for event hire- and provided the cutest backdrop for fall minis at the pop up! We know all of the lucky fams who booked a session were swooning over their galleries as much as we were!
With all of our fab vendors and friends who came and supported Pumpkins and Pals we can’t thank you enough! We already have so many fun new Ideas and more fab vendors in mind- so keep an eye out and we will see y’all next year at Pumpkins and Pals!
