Vendor Application and Requirements:


Thank you for applying to be a part of our annual parking lot pop up "Pumpkins and Pals," hosted at the corner of Casey and Comstock in Richland. Our Fall event Pumpkins & Pals has been a success for three years now, and also won a local award at the Tri-Cities Creative Media Night Gala for best “Collaboration of the Year”. This was ALL made possible due to the amazing vendors that participated. Let’s do it again! Check out past Pumpkins & Pals Events and view the full gallery!

This Year our event will be sponsored by Mid Columbia Altrusa, Simplified Celebrations, Posh Party Bebes, The Mint, The Beauty Bungalow and Studio Paloma! Special Thank you to them, and everyone else who makes this event possible!

The event is Thursday October 6th, 2022 from 3-7pm. Set up is 9am-2pm. *event photography will begin promptly at 2:15pm and all vendors must be setup prior. 

Please read the requirements and info below . There will be a group thread on Instagram to keep you up to date.

  • Bring your own tables, chairs, pop up tent with weights, signage, garbage can, marketing materials, and power source if applicable.  We do not have power to provide for vendors. We suggest a tool kit with things like scissors, tape, zip ties, and other applicable set up items.

  • Bring your own way to accept payments including cash change. There is Wi-Fi but it may not be strong enough to reach your location so plan accordingly.

  • This is event will take place rain or shine and sickness and in health. You must prepare in case you cannot attend due to illness. DO NOT call the morning of the event stating you cannot be a vendor, please have a back up plan in place.

  • Please set up all of your space between 9am-2pm. Event and detail photography will start at 2:15 and we want some fabulous images before as well as during the event.

  • You MUST have a business license and applicable insurance. Food vendors must have food handling cards etc. Please email this directly to

  • You agree to a 15 minute phone styling consult with Kate from Posh Party Bebes so she can assist you and possibly create some design elements for your space. She will reach out individually to each vendor and schedule this.

  • You agree to assist in marketing the event on your social media using #pumpkinsandpals. Please share it on Facebook, your IG story, pass out flyers or hang one in your business. It takes a village and we want this to be well attended and successful for all of us.

  • No MLM businesses please. We are specifically looking for local makers, homemade goods and treats, or local services. If you are unsure please contact us at 509-430-8786 or 509-212-3125 or 

  • If we accept your application please pay your $40 vendor fee to cover the costs associated with the event. THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE. Venmo @poshpartybebes. DO NOT PAY until you receive an email saying we are accepting your business. You'll Have 72 hours from the date we accept your application to pay your fee before your spot is opened to the next vendor who has applied. Thank you!
